Gerald Bourgeois

Gerry’s first memory was playing with listing sheets on the floor of his bedroom. Destined to be a Realtor, Gerry started his real estate career straight out of Bentley College in 1990. A second-generation Realtor, Gerry was trained by his father who owned a large independent brokerage with offices in both Leominster and Fitchburg. He became president of the firm in 2006 but never stopped selling. He merged his firm with a brokerage in 2011. Gerry joined Lamacchia Realty in 2019 and was excited to be back with a large, quality, independent brokerage. He is very analytical and has a great understanding of the real estate market. His experience and knowledge are hard to match. In 2021, Gerry moved over to the Executive Team of Lamacchia Realty and is now Senior Advisor to the CEO and COO.
