Gerald Lau

Mr. Lau has been a real estate professional since 1996 and has been expertly advising individuals and business entities on real estate, including investments and financing, for decades. He had varied experience in purchases, sales, and leasing and exemplifies the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in his representation and counsel. His representative clients include private equity funds, global corporations, high net worth individuals, non-profit organizations, and many others. He has facilitated both residential and commercial real estate transactions, taking pride in offering the highest level of representation in all transactions, whether ultra high transaction value or smaller. Mr Lau graduated in 1997 from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration, and in 2000 from the University of California, Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law, and is a licensed attorney. He is a licensed real estate broker in the states of California and Nevada, and enjoys a network of real estate professionals he works with throughout the world.
