Gerard's real estate experience and second-to-none service have spanned from Dublin, Ireland. Within the heart of busy Dublin City, he had his own real estate company for 8 years prior to coming to New York City. Specializing in various facets of the business- from residential sales to new construction development & commercial investment, he truly is a full-service agent and has the ability & knowledge to advise his clients every step of the way.

Prior to real estate Gerard received a BA in Electrical Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology DIT Kevin St. From here he went on to practice in the electrical engineering field for a further 5 years designing the instillation in buildings & working on various projects with teams of architects & developers.
