I left my hometown for the very first time to move to San Diego. I cannot thank Downtown Condo Guys enough for their role in making my moving process process go as smoothly as possible! Due to my busy work schedule, I was not sure how much time I would have (if any) to physically tour places in San Diego. Jamie and GG helped ease any anxieties I had regarding moving to a completely new city. The whole team was very accommodating with my busy schedule. When I found the time to make a quick visit to San Diego, GG spent an entire day giving me a tour of different neighborhoods and listening closely to my likes/dislikes so I could pick the perfect place for me. She made sure my place was clean and move in ready upon my arrival, took the time to send me videos, and even went above and beyond to help me with any additional questions I may have had after moving in. On top of that, they have been very prompt to answer any questions/concerns I had throughout this entire process. I had an excellent experience with Downtown Condo Guys and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a place in the San Diego area!! So thankful for their team!

GG was simply the best! Coming from the east coast with only 4 days to find a new apartment, GG worked with me every step of the process. She carefully collected information about my preferences, took me on an extensive tour of San Diego neighborhoods, created a curated list of apartment rentals and helped get exclusive access to listings before they were even available. She was an excellent communicator and worked tirelessly to help me find an amazing apartment (and I'm very picky). She took all the stress of finding an apartment away and was very professional, friendly, and all around great to work with. I highly recommend GG to anyone looking to find a new apartment rental or home!

GG did an excellent job for us. We are from the east coast and were looking for an upscale apartment to frequently visit with family in the San Diego area. GG spent 3 straight days driving us around- San Diego to Oceanside- and providing us with a curated listing of properties, getting us acquainted with the area, neighborhoods, shopping, apartments, etc., so that she and we could identify what we want and need. We worked with GG for a cross-country move this summer and are so glad to have worked with her and the Downtown Condo Guys team. GG was responsive, thorough in her virtual tours with great photos and videos, as well as listened to our needs/preferences/budget limitations. GG took great care of us and was the first truly positive realtor experience I've had. We’ve known GG for a year and half! She has been amazing help to us when we first were looking into ONLY renting single family homes that when we finally decided to look into purchasing we knew GG was going to be our person! We started our journey in December of 2020 and went through a lot of bumpy roads. GG was very responsive, knowledgeable and did not waste our time. With us, she never over stepped her boundaries and always made us feel that our needs were her #1 priority. She listened to us and understood exactly which home best suit our family’s needs. Working with GG was the best decision we could have made for our cross-country move. She was extremely kind and genuinely curious about us as people and what we were looking for, as well as incredibly proactive about locking down an insanely perfect gem as soon as it was available. Somehow, during our cross-country drive from NYC during the pandemic, GG found a house that checked every single box (and more) on our very long wish list, and ran there (literally) to arrive first ahead of 30+ other interested renters. She snagged it, we saved a HUGE amount of time and stress, and we had the perfect home as soon as we arrived without even seeing it first. Every day we live here it becomes more and more clear how perfect our new home is for us, and we would never have found it without GG.

There are almost no words for GG to describe how well she treated me. I was stuck in OH and unable to come to San Diego to look at apartments during the COVID pandemic. I would not have a place if it weren’t for GG. Not only did she help me find an incredible place, but she advocated for me like a friend. She went above and beyond what I expected, including doing site visits with detailed videoing, as well as giving me great professional advice. It is definitely a risk to rent a place site unseen, but GG essentially removed that risk for me. She also communicated with me day and night, and it felt like no question I had was too small or too ridiculous. She worked tirelessly to get me into my place and I am forever grateful. If you need someone to trust, pick GG. She is worth it.

Everything with Downtown Condo Guys and GG was perfection! I was extremely stressed about my cross country move with limited time and they eased that stress right away, literally after I got off the initial phone call with Jamie my stress went from a 10 to a 2. GG was amazing, she picked me up from the airport and we hit the ground running for 3 days. Not only did GG show me apartments but she showed me the different areas of San Diego.
