Ghazals went above and beyond to advocate for us, and to make sure everything was in place for the sale of our house. She worked as if it was her own home she was selling not a clients. I worked with Ghazala for the first time. She helped me sell an investment property in city of Aurora. She came well prepared, had excellent ideas, and was very honest with her recommendations. She has a good selection of skilled team that helped tremendously in updating the property in timely fashion. I was impressed with her ideas, personality and communication. Let me tell you, I’ve met other brokers too but she’s one of the best ones. So patient and so humble. I can’t believe we have people like her around us. Loved her work ethics and professionalism. Ghazala was very helpful through both the buying and selling processes.
She is very good at explaining things and is very quick to respond to any questions and issues.

What was especially useful for us during the home search process was how she guided us to build our combined feature wish lists to use when looking at listings or at showing. After we put in an offer, she was able to quickly help get resources for the inspections and then was a strong partner in subsequent negotiations.

On the selling side, Ghazala was also with us every step of the way in helping to get the house ready to sell, ultimately leading to an excellent selling price.
We strongly recommend Ghazala based on our experience, both buyers and sellers should feel comfortable putting their trust in her to help them get the best deal.
