Purchasing a home is a daunting and emotional undertaking for many people, but we were lucky. We had Gibby as our realtor and I can say with 1000% certainty that without her, we would have been lost. We didn’t even know what to do first, but she welcomed all our inquiries with an open ear and patience. Gibby has a wealth of knowledge about the area, neighborhoods and does extensive research for her clients. She works hard to find what is on your wish list and is determined to make the sale! We worked with her for almost two months and through it all she was punctual, readily available for showings and responded to the hundreds of questions we had with professionalism and grace. She worked tirelessly to get us our new home and continued to help us with referrals and contacts for services. She calmed our nerves, called to check on us regularly and even helped with the mortgage questions and contract questions we had.
