Gigi Duncan is a Tiger! She represented us on a recent home purchase and it went so amazingly well that I would never dream of using anyone else if faced with that situation again. I would recommend Gigi to my my closest relatives, friends, and anyone in between without hesitation. Gigi is extremely professional, responsive, accesible, wise, and knows the buying process so fluently that your never left wondering what to do next, she knows, and she will make sure you clearly understand every step of the process. She never once made us feel pressured, never told us what to do or think, she encouraged due diligence, she encouraged research, she made sure we understood our right to walk away if we weren’t 100% comfortable. She never once gave us the feeling that she wasn’t looking out for us and interested in our ultimate happiness, as cheesy as that sounds, when you are considering the most personal, and likely most expensive transaction of your lifetime there’s a lot of emotions at play and you have to be able to trust your agent. My wife and I are very grateful that we met Gigi, she really did a fantastic job for us and she would for anyone because she’s like that.

Gigi Duncan acted as our agent to sell our home this past summer. It has been many years since we last transacted RE, and the unpredictable and changing RE market in our area was without comparable precedent in recent memory. We appreciated Gigi's willingness to collaborate on a strategy for marketing our house, and then refining that strategy as the market remained in flux. Gigi brought her experience to the process, provided her guidance and rationale confidently, but also respected our opinions and preferences equally well. In these tumultuous times it is critical to have someone that you can trust with the complexities of real estate. We sold our home and waited for just the right opportunity, to buy. Gigi and Kyle took us through the sale of one home and purchase of another. Gigi was a great help! After getting to know us and our needs, she was able to help us fine tune our search. This is such a tricky market. The expertise that the team brought, really helped us navigate this process. They were wonderfully adept at providing insight, at just the right times.

Gigi was very attentive and respectful of our input, never trying to talk us into a home we would not be happy with.

She also provided excellent communication between the agent of a home as well as with us as the buyer and with our lender.
