Originally from New Bern, Gil’s expert knowledge of the Charlotte area and the local real estate market have aided him in many successful business ventures. With a background in financial services and capital markets, Gil has traveled extensively for business across his long career.
Gil began his career in real estate when he and several partners created a property development company. He was also part of a construction firm that catered to home repairs and upgrades. Gil thoroughly understands the similarities between real estate and the finance industry.
