Working off his degree in interior design, Gilad moved into construction by becoming a successful contractor for over 10 years. He collaborated closely with homeowners, general contractors, and both big and small investors for all type of projects, big and small. This experience has fueled his passion in real estate. This experience taught him the skill to negotiate contracts; negotiations with a seller/buyer is a crucial step to winning an offer/getting the best deal.
