Gilbert Bradham is an experienced real estate leader with a multi-phased proven record, excelling in client evaluation, negotiation, and team leadership. He also has substantial experience in endeavors outside of CRE.

Previous Experience: Bradham has served as a Managing Director and Broker-In-Charge at SVN Palmetto and BIC at Kingship Collective, leading teams, strengthening client relationships, and delivering outstanding fiduciary services across various CRE asset classes. He also served as a Court Appointed Receiver and Shareholder, Vice-President of Operations for Limehouse Property Receivers, LLC.
