Gilbert Simrall Meem

Simrall (Sim) Meem is a native New Yorker. His education began on New York's Upper East Side at St. Bernard's. Simrall continued to thrive as he attended Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland and Dickinson College in Pennsylvania, where he earned a bachelor's degree in political science.

After 5 years in Los Angeles, Sim moved back to New York City to join Stribling & Associates. Along with his intimate knowledge of everything New York, Sim has developed a comprehensive understanding of the business and adopted the skills to appropriately address the real estate needs of his experienced and successful clientele. Sim brings his previous experience working in marketing for A&E Television to each deal, creating targeted marketing packages designed to gather as much exposure as possible. Since beginning his career in real estate Sim has closed over $100,000,000 in real estate deals.

Simrall has traveled the world participating in one of his favorite activities, skiing. When not interacting with clients or skiing he also enjoys classic movies and spending time with his family in their Upper East Side apartment.
