I am a first time home buyer, and I would say my experience of going through this painful process was pacified a lot by this duo.

tldr; Excellent job.

Giles And Jessica helped us at every step of the process from looking at properties, making bids, dealing with rejections and finally offer acceptance. Their main motto was our happiness. And that is what we loved the most. They go over and beyond to make sure that we should be happy living in our home.
Generally, the agents don't deal with lending part but they definitely helped in whatever way they could in my lending process too.
They were super tactful in handling negotiations with seller agent.
They give suggestions for each property which are true pearls of gems from their experience that has saved me, as a first time home-buyer, from taking disastrous decision multiple times. For eg, in one of the property that we visited, the washer dryer was in the kitchen, we didn't even notice that, but Giles noticed and told us that the smell of laundry is irritating in the kitchen. We were like, yeah, that will be irritating.
They are super responsive. I remember calling Gilles in middle of his bike ride and off-hours and he always responds with a genuine smile and wonderful sense of humor.
Overall a very supportive and positive experience. I would like to sum up by saying that we definitely built a homely relation during this process and would love to keep it for the future.

Very positive. Once I decided to pull the trigger everything went quickly and smoothly. Sold in a week after it went on sale. Process can be complicated but they explained everything and answered any questions I had. So overall a very good experience.

We chose Gilles and Jessica after they sold our neighbors home above asking. They make a great team, each having their own skill set that compliments the other. I call it getting two agents for the price of one. They anticipate each next step in the process in order to identify problems before they arise. They were also very attentive and always reachable when you need them, no phone tag or annoying answering machines. They held as many open houses as we needed to get the job done and gave our listing the appropriate web presence which is important these days. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. They earned our confidence!

Gilles and Jessica worked with my wife and I on purchasing our home in Sacramento. Minding this be our first home, and we are still in the bubbly happiness move of finally owning our own place. I'm glad they went out of their way to help us find a home out of the Bay Area, as well they had our backs the whole time in finding a home that would not cause us any problems at all.

I will say it was great they even helped us narrow down our options of what home we were looking for. My lovely wife and I went out on our own the first time around looked on our own at 10 homes in one day, and decided to go with a realtor. When it came to the next time we drove off to look at open houses/private viewings we actually had a smaller list of top 4 which makes the process more easier. The first home that I actually wanted to pick up was nice, and as we were going through the process of paperwork Jessica got in contact with us immediately when she found a red flag that was not mentioned to us at all about the house. She got her research, and sent it straight to us where I read it, and said we will cancel our offer. Than we jumped up on the second house the wife, and I enjoyed.

With all the paperwork going both of the Keslers kept in contact with us, and gave updates on what needed to be done. Such as when inspections, appraisals were finished. As well as answered any question that came up. Everything they did helped us not get overwhelmed with the process of buying a home instead of us going at this on our own.

If you are looking for a friendly, and helpful realtor I would recommend the Keslers to anyone.

Gilles and Jessica Kesler enabled me to purchase my dream home in a smooth way. They are very well aware of East Bay area and are up to date with market dynamics and very well knows about how to deal with local agents there.

As I am being the first-time buyer, I had very little idea about how everything works. For e.g. securing loan, escrow, contingencies on the offer and their implications, timeline on closing etc. I was noob and at every step they made sure I understood everything and helped me make informed decision for purchase of my dream house. Before closing they reviewed all loan documents to make sure there are no big surprises for me, which can bite me later on or unnecessary additional fees for closing. They also pushed escrow and my bank to close on time. Overall, we saw few houses and put 2 offers and second one got accepted. Agents tried to frame best offer possible based on my background, with offer amount that I was comfortable with. Believe me, Keslers are not here to only do business and make you purchase home which you are not 100% sure, they go up to personal extent to make sure you are comfortable with home and its purchase price and also helped to make the move to new place easier and nicer.

They gave good advice on what to do as a new home owner (my first time owning a home) and helped me settle down in my new place. Gilles also helped me buy furniture from a home owner who was selling his home along with all furniture and helped me move it to my new place without any expectation. There are very few genuine people who goes up to this extent even after their job is finished

I will definitely refer them to my friends and to all of you to go with Keslers for your home purchase or selling.
