We have been extremely happy with the real estate services provided by Gina Befumo of Ellie & Associates, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. As our real estate agent we found Gina to be very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and always very responsive. She earned our trust early on in the search process. This was very important to us because we were buying property from across the country without the benefit of physically visiting and evaluating the property of interest first. Gina assisted us with video walkthroughs when we requested as well as preparing timely and professional offers as needed. Her knowledge of the local real estate market provided valuable insight and allowed us to successfully close on the property of choice. Gina was recommended by one of my husband’s coworkers, and she definitely delivered! As first-time homebuyers, we felt a little apprehensive about the whole process, but Gina expertly steered us through the experience. We actually started our house-hunting with a different realtor, and we found Gina to be a much better fit for us. Gina is professional as well as personable: she responded promptly and with specific details regarding any inquiry we had, and she genuinely cared that we find a home that best suited us and our needs. We never felt like Gina pressured us to make any decisions; she would always give us her opinion and advice when we asked for it, but she was very patient with us as we narrowed down properties. She also recommended a lender who did a great job and whose underwriter found us incredible discounts to keep our monthly payment right where we want it. In the end, we are thrilled with our new home, and Gina was the one who guided us through it all.

UPDATE Aug 2021:
Gina is everything we want in a realtor. She did such a great job helping us buy our first home two years ago, so when we decided to relocate, she was the only person we wanted to help us sell our home. As expected, Gina delivered! She is very knowledgeable and patiently explained all parts of the process to us, she communicates well and kept us updated every step of the way, and she does it all with a genuine interest in helping us do what was right for us. We were trying to relocate from NY to Florida. We didn’t have any leads to get a house in Florida. I just happened to google search a realtor, and Gina Befumo’s name listed. We happened to go with Gina out of chance, and I’m glad we made that decision. Gina entered us in listings provided by her company @ Better Homes and Gardens. It would email us places within our search criteria as well as price. When we found someplace of interest, we let Gina know. Her response time in answering us was quick.
Because we live in NY, viewing places in person in Florida would have been difficult. We arranged for Gina to meet with my sister in law who lives in Florida and view listings in person. Gina was on time to each viewing as well as cooperative to my sister in law and her fiancé.
