Gina Carranza

Gina Carranza was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, where she earned a degree in civil engineering. In the spring of 2001, Gina arrived in the United States and quickly acclimated herself to the American dream.

In 2006, Gina began a successful real estate career in the wonderful city of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During this period, she excelled at assisting international clients with home purchases in the United States. While at the same time expanding her Real State knowledge to the markets in Miami, West Palm Beach, and Tampa.

Gina’s proven record in the house market business has allowed her to expand her career and create close-knit relationships with her clients. A radiant and persevering attitude is what continues to drive Gina, whether in her personal or professional life.
