She will not waste your time trying to sell it. She is very sincere in telling you what the house should go for. We saved a lot compared to asking price. Once your house is found, the rest is history (like having cruise control) She keeps you up to date with all paper work needed and is in contact with all parties involved in the transaction. She has a vast knowledge of costs of any repairs or changes you may want. Since she is no newbie in the industry, she will also help by providing contacts of contractors and have contractors give you estimates within 48 hours. She make purchasing a breeze.
