Gina Hill

Gina has more than 14 years of experience in the real estate industry and takes pride in the relationships she has built with her clients. After attending college for Business Accounting, Gina started working in property management as a leasing associate and quickly realized her true passion for helping clients find their future homes. It was an easy transition into residential real estate as a full service Realtor and she loves helping clients with the home buying and selling process.

Gina understands that every client and transaction is unique and she works hard to make sure the home buying or selling process is as easy and enjoyable as possible. The majority of Gina’s business is repeat business and referrals from past clients. She never measures her success by the number of sales she has, but by the relationships she has built along the way.

She and her husband enjoy living in Tampa with their dog Shadow. In her free time, you will find Gina cheering on the Buccaneers during football season and volunteering at her church where she is currently the assistant director of guest services. Gina relocated to Tampa Bay in 1990 and says it was definitely one of the best decisions of her life.
