I highly recommend Gina. She helped buy and sell our home. Not only was she super professional and knowledgeable she went above and beyond in every way. She helped us strategically stage our home to make it look as appealing as possible and made sure everything looked great whenever we had a showing. She even lent us things to make our house show better. She was on top of the showing schedule which was CRAZY because of Covid. She literally followed up with every single agent who came through our house to get feedback. Ultimately, she helped us get top dollar for our home and walked us through every step of escrow which can be so stressful. She also stayed on top of everything through both escrows and helped alleviate the stress involved. She also helped us find the perfect family home. She went to so many homes with us and searched to help us find homes that met all of our wishlist items. Gina is a stellar agent and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

If I could give 10+ stars on here, I will. Gina Stewart is fantastic and went above and beyond in helping us find our dream home. From the very beginning, she was incredibly thorough, professional, and personable. She was very committed to understanding our needs and preferences and finding homes that were the right fit for us.  She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods that we were looking in and was very responsive in looking up statistics for specific questions that we had.  Gina always provided all of the facts and I had full confidence in the data she provided. This was especially important to me given my prior experience with other realtors who didn't always give the full picture about the house or the neighborhood.  Gina took great initiative in finding listings that matched our criteria and accompanied us to open houses so that she could help answer our questions and help us refine our search criteria. She was very responsive to our feedback from the housing search and we never felt pressured to commit to any of the listings.  It was clear that Gina cared about us finding the right home, not just any home, and she was committed to sticking with us until that happened.

When it came to placing offers, Gina was also very comprehensive and thorough with the paperwork. She was available to us at any time of the day to make sure that our questions were answered and that we could submit our paperwork as soon as we were ready. She was very knowledgeable about the escrow process and helped us develop an offer that both met our needs as well as made us the most competitive in this market.  When our offer was accepted, she was very proactive about setting up appointments with the inspector and different contractors and accompanied us to all of the different visits. When contractors showed up to the appointments late, she worked directly with the sellers and their agents to extend our appointment time so that we didn't have to stress out and could just focus on the purpose of the visit.  Through Gina's hard work, our escrow went through rather seamlessly and we moved in just as expected. On move in day, Gina also unexpectedly stopped by with a thoughtful present welcoming us to our new neighborhood.

In summary, we can't recommend Gina Stewart enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive, and willing to go that extra mile for her clients. We are so happy that we found her and will definitely be using her services again.

Gina was fantastic to work with. We were looking for a house for just under a year before finding our current place, and Gina was with us every step of the way. Through all of our anxiety about placing offers, and the never-ending list of open houses I wanted her to show us, she helped us navigate it all. Could not recommend Gina enough - we will definitely be working with her in the future when it's time to move!
