Gina was beyond helpful when we were looking for a new home. I’d text her with houses We were interested in and she’d get back to me right away. She also recommended painters, contractors and a person to put all new floors in our current house. I am very pleased with her. When it comes time for us to sell our current home I will definitely be contacting Gina!

Our experience having Gina as our realtor was AMAZING! Not only was she able to sell my home with it only spending 6 days on the market, she also helped us find our forever home! Being first time parents and second time homeowners, we were very particular about the home we were buying and Gina was so attentive and helped us find our perfect forever home in a fantastic school district and family friendly area. Within a week we accepted an offer on our home and had our offer accepted on our new home! Gina took care of everything on both ends and took the time to explain anything we didn’t understand and answer any questions we had! She made the house buying process fun and smooth sailing from beginning to end. We are so thankful for her attentiveness, excellent professionalism and friendly demeanor.

Gina is great! My brothers and I began our home search in October 2021 and finally purchased our home at the end of December! We met Gina at a showing of a house she was selling. We didn't have an agent at the time, but Gina took us on as clients without any hesitation. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional, answering any and all questions we had during the process. And if she didn't know the answer, she made sure she found out for us. Any house that we wanted to look at in person, she made happen. She explained everything in a way that made sense to me as a first time homebuyer and gave great advice when we put in offers. Gina was there for us every step of the way and is even there for us answering questions we have after making settlement. I highly recommend Gina and would've given her more than 5 stars if I could!

As soon as I met Gina I knew she was my realtor! she is down to earth, not pushy like other realtors seem to be, she is knowledgeable and reliable, I would call her at different times of the day to ask questions and she always was quick to call me back and she answer them all . I am thrilled about our house purchase and very happy Gina was apart of it!

I would give Gina 10 stars if I could. I’m so happy we had Gina for our realtor. She went above and beyond to help us sell our house which sold in less than a week. She is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. She was there for us every time we needed her. She cares about people and she really cared about us. She even calls us to see how we’re doing.
