Gina Majetic Furey is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience at Baird & Warner’s top-producing Gold Coast office, following two years in other Chicago real estate firms. She has successfully marketed and closed a wide range of property types, including condominiums, multi-units, single-family homes, and commercial properties. While based in Chicago’s Gold Coast, Gina has extensive experience across the city and surrounding suburbs, confidently serving clients throughout Chicagoland. As the market has evolved, so has her expertise—working with short sales, 1031 exchanges, and the dynamic leasing market. Gina holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and French from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Before entering real estate, she lived in London, where she managed an ancient art gallery and worked in the art trade, bringing a global perspective and refined eye to her real estate practice.
