Gina is AMAZING!!! We moved to Alabama from Indiana and she helped us along the way, from late night calls & text, to going to look at homes for us. Once I got to Alabama she meet me with a list of homes to look at, she was not stopping until she found us a home. Even after closing she stays in contact with us. Would give her 25 stars 🌟 if I could. Highly recommend her and her partner Ashley!!

Gina solves the tiniest problem and calls with the solution. We all know if you take care of the little things the big things fall into place. Can not imagine doing a real estate sale from the other end of the state. Gina is simply the best, better than all the rest. Last house I sold before I knew Gina was a painful experience full of unpleasant surprises. If you want the best she is who you want. Wish there were more stars!

First I would like to say Gina is very professional and kind, she went above and beyond to get us into our house, including handling my cold feet syndrome and showing my husband and me more houses.
I found Gina accidentally by requesting additional information on a house she was selling, I sent her an email telling her we were in the looking phase and when we got serious we would contact her. She sent me a nice thank note, which I kept. Within a couple of weeks we found a house, which we liked. I called Gina on a Saturday afternoon, she was out of the office, but she returned my called, contacted the buyers agent and set up a walk through for our son and his wife to go through the house, Sunday we put in an offer. I didn't get to actually meet Gina, until the following week, after I drove down from Connecticut. We ended up closing on the house within a couple of weeks and we are now unpacking and very happy with our purchase and with all the help Gina gave us.

I would recommend Gina to all of my friends and family if they move to Birmingham, AL area.

Gina was a wonderful agent to work with! At times, I know she must have been discouraged because it wasn’t easy for my husband and I to agree on a home to purchase.. but Gina stuck with us, kept sending new possibilities and then FINALLY we agreed on one! The contractual process through to the final closing went ultra smooth.
