I cover the Northwest Chicago area, and surrounding suburbs, mainly selling in my own backyard neighborhoods of Edgebrook, Wildwood, and Sauganash.
My belief is that the key to success in real estate is building relationships with clients that last far beyond their transaction closes. I invest in my relationships by keeping in touch via several different outlets.

Gina makes everything easy for buyers and sellers! You tell her what you want and she will find it! We have used her for both buying and selling our homes and we will always go with her because she is the best!

Gina was great to work with. She provided great comps in the area and advice on pricing our house. She ultimately left the decisions to us, never trying to pressure us into anything. Our house sale was an "as is" estate same, in a lower price range, that had some challenges. We never felt like our sale was a low priority. Gina was responsive, always available to advise and answer questions. She also advocated for us when needed. I would highly recommend Gina.
