Gina Scafani

Back in 2010, Gina discovered yoga and found that it is a practice that requires a lot of discipline, mental clarity, and presence. Collectively it has been the main driving force in evolving my business mindset. Having taught for over 10 years now, Gina has attained skills that have shaped the businessperson she is today. When not devoting her time between teaching and Avenue3 Gina enjoys quality time with loved ones, avidly reading, writing, and socializing within her community. Gina also finds it so important to balance work and social life with staying active physically.

The balance Gina has created in her life gives her the ability to think more clearly, be open-minded, stay focused on projects and manage various responsibilities Gina is more productive. Earning the trust of her students is the same as earning the trust of her clients. Rather than focus on the base layer of Real Estate, Gina takes the time to get to know each person she works with, home in on their goals, and work together to reach them. Real estate is merely an avenue to work towards what it is they want.
