We cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful it was working with Ginger! From the very start (several years ago!) when we were touring homes for purchase, Ginger's insight and guidance helped us to make the right decision. She says "I don't sell houses, the house has to sell itself", so there was ZERO pressure which allowed us to ultimately make the right decision. Once we did find our dream home, she knew it was "for us" from the start - she gave us perfect guidance in the offer price, etc., went to bat for us with the inspections, and was always available to us for any questions at all! We were browsing houses and came across one that we liked and found Ginger through Zillow. We had never met in person but met her immediately that day at a house showing. We loved the house and Ginger quickly and efficiently helped us put an offer on the house.
While we didn’t ultimately get the first house, we looked at several more homes over the next couple months and just recently moved into our dream home.
