My relationship with Ginger began when I was living in Mississippi and needed to find a home in Georgia. A friend recommended Ginger and what a treasure! She was always willing to go the extra mile even on homes that seemed risky or potentially challenging to acquire. She is intelligent, professional and competent in the field of real estate. She ultimately helped us find a piece of land and build a home. For the entire year it took to build it, Ginger was present and on top of the contract and many changes it went through. She even kept the realtor on the seller side informed and communicated effectively to ensure a successful closing. From beginning to end, Ginger was phenomenal.
