Ginger is without a doubt the most attentive and dedicated real estate agent I have ever worked with!! She went above and beyond to help us acquire our shore home in Ventnor, and was easily accessible and an ally throughout the deal which took a long time to close (no fault of Ginger, there were environmental issues with the property which she guided us through as well). Not only that, since it is our secondary home and we are planning renovations, we’ve received some calls from Ventnor’s Zoning Board regarding the grass needing to be cut and other small issues. I reached out to Ginger to see if she could give us a landscaper contact and she went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND and organized the whole thing and sent us pictures of the completed job. She is truly a blessing and a good soul, not to mention extremely knowledgeable about the shore market given her decades of experience! Go with Ginger and you won’t regret it, plus you’ll gain a friend for life!

Ginger is absolutely the best realtor. We met her ten years ago when she sold us our first shore house. A few years later she found us another place and sold our old one in one day.
