You will not find a sweeter professional to assist you in finding your dream home. Ginger has the kindest heart and is truly knowledgeable in how to navigate the ever-changing real estate market.

Without her quick action, my husband and I without a doubt would not have been able to afford or secure the home we bought due to the quickly rising home values in the real estate market we were in at the time. If you were searching for a home in 2020 you understand the bidding wars going on and the multiple offers placed within hours of listing which made it extremely difficult to buy a home and was discouraging. Ginger's infectious positive attitude never let us lose hope.

Ginger is willing to drop everything to secure you a home tour ASAP and give you her detailed research on the home/area. Our house had just been listed an hour before we were entering the front door for the first time. She was instrumental in getting our offer in the same day while staying up late at night and fielding our questions to be sure our offer was the strongest it could be. With her great people skills, she was able to help us to negotiate with the other parties involved to get us a great deal, an appealing offer, and the home that truly checked every single one of our boxes. A total dream come true!

In reference to the review that says her mom’s house was sold 30 grand less than what it was worth. My mom hired Ginger to sell her house and unfortunately she passed away and the house had to come off the market til I could get paperwork to make me legal Executor of her estate. Once that was done and getting people out of the house, cleaning and inspection done there were so many repairs that needed done that there was no up front cash to make those repairs. I made the decision for Ginger to lower the price so that we could walk away with at least something! Ginger stood by and helped me from start to finish and I know that is what my mom wanted! Thanks again for your loyalty to my mom and me! I truly appreciate you and your loving heart for helping people with one of their biggest comments in life! Buying or Selling a home! God Bless

We worked with Ginger to purchase our first home and she was awesome! My husband works construction so he had an irregular schedule and she worked around it for every single showing! She was so flexible and so helpful! Some nights staying up extra late to get some paperwork in! I had a broken ankle and she wasn’t afraid to help me around houses during showing and to get pictures of the ceilings and such that my husband would have needed/wanted! She also never once spoke negatively about me or my husband which our previous realtors had done. And she never pushed us out of comfort zone and helped us come up with some unique ways of buying a house! I couldn’t have had more fun buying a house. She was absolutely amazing!
