My dad passed away and it came time to sell the house my parents had lived in for 25 years. My brothers and I called on Ginny Opsahl to sell the property, which was located on the west side of Rolling Meadows, IL. Ginny gave us excellent advice on how to stage the house, including what to fix up and what to leave for future owners. She then listed the property and proceeded to market the property throughout her network. Within a few weeks of listing the property, we had an offer on the house for FULL PRICE!

Truth is, our family has used Ginny for three other transactions over the years. She knows the Northwest Suburbs better than any agent and her years of experience gives her an edge up on other agents during all phases of a buy/sell transaction. And on top of being a great real estate agent, she gives back to the community in a number of different ways.
