Ginny was our agent when we purchased a home in San Marcos. Later she sold our across the street neighbor's home in Poway. In both cases she handled all issues smoothly, kept everyone current with pertinent nformation and kept the transaction on schedule. In addition to being a highly competent agent, she is a wonderful person who is enjoyable to work with. I cannot say enough about Ginny's ability to make selling a house as painless as possible. She provided information about available options (and likely outcomes) throughout the process; on two occasions her knowledge and ability resulted in the sale continuing when it might have stalled. Her judgment was excellent and even with a short anticipated escrow period (30 days), we closed 3 days early.

Working with Ginny was a great experience. My wife and I weren't quite sure what we were looking for, and Ginny set up an automatic search that provided us with a continuous stream of listings in areas that we would not have been exposed to otherwise. It broadened our search parameters and ultimately led us to select a house in area that we hadn't considered initially. We couldn't be happier with the neighborhood. Ginny was extremely knowledgeable and extraordinarily patient with the ups and downs and highs and lows of our search. We are grateful that she stuck with us and saw our search through to the end. When I first decided to put my condo on the market as a short sale I had so many people giving me advice, some good and some bad. I was relieved when I found Ginny, with in a week she was at my house taking photos and placing my condo on the market. She was there with me for the whole process. I never felt overwhelmed because I knew she would have the answer. She is excellent at following through and keeping you informed. I could send her an email or call her and her response was always prompt. She is professional. Once you meet her you can tell she takes pride in what she does and in putting her clients first. One could not go wrong when choosing her and her support staff in sellling their home.

Ginny is the most responsive professional I have ever encountered. Her quick response times alleviated much of the potential stress that can come with real estate transactions. I liked and felt comfortable with Ginny from the very beginning, starting with her inviting and informative website. There she explains exactly how she will work with you as either a buyer or seller. Ginny is knowledgeable, sharp, efficient and caring. As a first time and out-of-state seller, she handled every aspect on the ground in San Diego for me with care, timeliness and constant communication. She kept me up-to-date on the property with photos and video and provided timelines for action. Not only was I impressed with Ginny's knowledge, skill, and tireless effort, but was appreciative of her careful explanations to assure my understanding through each step of the selling process.
