He listened to what we were looking for, what we didn’t want to see and didn’t waste our time. Gio has so many good qualities but the one that stood out for me and my family was that he truly cares that you find exactly what you need as a family. I wish I could give Giovanni and GioHomes MORE than 5 stars. We deal with people who provide services multiple times every day; from doctors to waiters, mechanics, barbers and everything in between. Giovanni was the first person I've ever dealt with who went above and beyond. He became more than a realtor. He became a friend.
My first dealing with him, I was trying to sell a condo I had moved out of through Giovanni. A fellow, unassociated realtor went to show the condo and accidentally left the balcony doors open the night before a hurricane. When I went to check in on the condo after the hurricane I walked into a lake! Not one board on the hardwood floor was left unbuckled. I called Gio in a panic. He immediately calmed me down and said, "Don't worry about it, I'll have it taken care of by Monday." "Monday?!" I said. "But today is FRIDAY!" And to this day, I have no idea what kind of realtor voodoo magic he used but that Monday when I stopped by the condo after work, my jaw hit the ground as I looked at a floor that had been completely replaced! At that moment Giovanni gained a client for life!
I've moved several times since then and not always for the happiest of reasons. Regardless of the situation Giovanni was always there for me to help me find my next home. Sometimes I thought he could qualify to submit a bill to Blue Cross/ Blue Shield because he was just as much a therapist as he was a realtor! That's just how much he cares about his clients. He's not just hunting commissions he's actually making connections. He'd always go out of his way to find the specific requirements I needed given my location and financial situations. He'd always meet me happily at odd ball times given my hectic work schedule. Time could pass and he'd still remember the names & relationships of people in my family. I'd get the random text wishing me a good weekend.
The day I met Giovanni, I earned more than a realtor.
And I'd be willing to bet I'm just one of his clients who feels this way about him. Google only lets me go to 5 but I'd give him FIVE MILLION stars if I could!!!!!
