About Giovanni

Giovanni Mejia is a licensed broker and has been licensed for over 19 years. He is a California native and was born in the South Bay; he currently resides in South Orange County and serves clients in Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside Counties. Giovanni attributes his success to hard work, dedication, and primarily to his passion for the challenges and rewards real estate brings.

Following his dreams, Giovanni studied at the University of Southern California and earned a Degree in Real Estate Finance and Real Property Development. Out of college he was recruited to work for one of the premier commercial real estate investment firms that specialized in marketing large multi-family apartment communities. At this firm he honed his marketing, negotiation, contract skills and gained vast knowledge of how to represent his client’s best interest. Several years after, Giovanni was asked to join one the largest nationwide home builder’s and be part of their home finance division. He spent more than eight years in this role and was awarded President’s Club several years for providing exceptional client service.
