I highly recommend The Resilient Home Group to anyone who is looking for an expert real estate agent. They went above and beyond helping me sell my house in Orlando area in less than 7 days with multiple offers. The marketing and open houses went great. Giselle and Victor made the whole process easy. The photos and video really made the house shine, they hired a professional photographer. Once we had offers, they walked me through how to move forward. They are truly professionals and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions before making the decision of selling my house. It was a stress free process where I had all my questions answered throughout and was thrilled with the end result. Wow! What can I say, but wow! There is so much more than I would have ever expected that goes into selling a home for the first time, but with Gissel and Victor by my side we were able to go so far beyond what I expected! Everything about working with them was great but one part of the whole process that sticks out to me and really set them apart was; The first deal we got was a beautiful cash offer, but fell through on the buyers side, before even telling me, because she knew I would immediately panic, Gissel first confirmed a back up offer to present to me, so she delivered both pieces of news at the same time. It’s little things like this that one PROVE how hard they are working and two show how much they really learn their clients and how they should present information to them! I really could not have made over six figures after everything without them!! Some advice for future clients just listen to what they ask and tell you to do because IT WORKS! We had an amazing experience with La Rosa Realty. Gisselle and Victor were SO attentive and kind. They really helped reassure us through the whole process. We wouldn’t have even been confident enough to start this process without their reassurances.
