Glasenia was very professional from the start. She was very straight-forward and thorough. She did not rush us but in fact gave us time to make our OWN decision. Anytime we asked a question she gave an accurate response. She is very down to earth and she was very friendly with my kids. She did exactly what she said she would do. She created excel spreadsheets so that we could compare each offer side by side (we had a lot of offers). As the offer rolled in she was sending them as soon as she received them. She was very good at communicating with us about when someone wanted to see the home (which all happened in the first day). I would definitely recommend her for anyone and will definitely use her again for any future services.
