My military background (my own and my father’s) has taught me that respect for all people, politeness, and punctuality are essential in getting a task done well. I have stellar negotiation skills, having been involved in hundreds of transactions over the years. I’m proud to note that the respect, trust, and confidence I gain through relationship building with my clients has led to long-term friendships with many of them, who have been happy to work with me repeatedly and to refer me to their friends.

I am a graduate of the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!), where I was a Division I baseball player, after which I played baseball professionally in Italy for 3 years. I’m also a military veteran (US Airforce Special Forces Pararescue). Although you can’t tell from my accent, I was born in London, England, but spent most of my life in the Portland area. I moved to Los Angeles 4 years ago, to the delightful neighborhood of Carthay Square. Its alleys have been a treasure trove of finds for my hobby of restoring discarded old furniture here in my garage. I call it Alley Cat furniture, and it’s been a lot of fun during the lockdown.
