Glen Garrison

Glen Garrison is the founder and designated managing broker of Garrison Group. Glen builds strong connections with buyers, sellers, property owners, and developers, helping each fulfill their real estate goals. In 2021, he ranked among the top producing commercial real estate brokers in Central Illinois, and he brings a lifetime of experience and imagination to every client we serve.

Glen founded Garrison Group in 1991 and was key to the development of the Parkway Pointe and Prairie Crossing Properties. At Garrison Group, he built a brand of care and service to all our clients. Glen has been a leading Central Illinois broker, developer, and property manager for over 50 years. In 2010, he received the prestigious REALOR® Emeritus award from the National Association of Realtors. He became a Certified Property Manager® with the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1973.

Glen and his wife, Lola, enjoy cheering for the Williamsville Bullets and the University of Illinois (Springfield) Prairie Stars athletic tams. They have 2 children, 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
