Glenda Muto

Glenda Muto was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean Islands. Mrs. Muto attended British schools and a graduate, she also attended Allan Hancock College and Chapman's University. Mrs. Muto came to the United States in 1970 and became a U.S. citizen in 1976. She raised 2 sons. She started her working career with the County of Santa Barbara. She also worked for various defense contractors on Vandenberg Air Force Base and received several awards and employee of the month on numerous occasions. Glenda started her real estate career in 1989 and was immediately a top producer for several years. Moving to WHY USA Preferred Properties in 1998, her career really took off. Glenda Muto was the top producer for the local WHY USA office for 8 years and the top national producer for the entire WHY USA franchise in 4 different years. Mrs. Muto has consistently been amongst the top producing real estate agent on the entire Central Coast, this is why all of her clients are from repeats and referrals. She is a smart businesswoman, knowledgeable, experienced and has superb negotiating skills.
