Gloria is well known in our Camden Chase neighborhood. When I decided to sell my house, I contacted Gloria immediately. Gloria is associated with Coldwell Banker Realty which provides many home sale marketing benefits. After our initial meeting, I did not hesitate to accept her as my listing agent. Gloria is a great communicator and she timely replies to all my inquires. Using her excellent knowledge of my neighborhood and the housing market condition, she recommended a realistic listing price to get the best possible offer during the current market downturn. She scheduled for open house every weekend. Once the house was listed, Gloria timely scheduled appointments for all inspections, home stager, escrow & title company, etc. In addition to phone calls, Gloria is also proficient in using modern technology for efficient communication and transaction processing (email, text, video chat, docusign). Gloria promptly informed me of any purchase offers from potential buyers and provided valuable assessments for each offer. My house was sold in a very reasonable time.

Gloria goes beyond managing my home sale activities. When I decided not to keep all my furniture, she assisted in finding potential donation options. She was able to find a happy home for my sectional sofa. It's common that inspection reports identify needed repairs. Gloria found lower competitive bids for the repair work listed in the reports to share with potential buyers.

Gloria is a real estate expert in the Camden Chase neighborhood where she lives, but she would also be a superb agent anywhere in the bay area. I would highly recommend Gloria Ashdown for your real estate needs, either buying or selling!

I highly recommend Gloria, she is professional throughout and will handle your house sale or purchase with the utmost discretion.

We have used Gloria Ashdown twice now. Once to purchase a home and, more recently to sell our home.

We sold our house in 2022 and Gloria advised on how to stage the house.

Gloria listed the property at a reasonable price attracting many potential buyers. We received multiple offers all well over the listed price.

She is also very familiar with San Jose (Almaden) having lived here and raised her family in the area.

Gloria did a great job in the sale of our house. It was made more complex because we were remote - actually on the East Coast for the whole time. I'm sure it caused her some extra headaches but she managed it with ease and everything went smoothly.
