Gloria helped our interstate transition from Georgia to California a couple of years back and she was absolutely wonderful! I am from California but wasn't too familiar with the OC area which is where we were planting roots. I have known Gloria and her family for many years. She and her daughters danced in the same Hula studio with family and since then, we have been very good friends. Since meeting her, Gloria has always helped me with my Real Estate questions. I've always recommended her to my friends and family when selling and buying houses here in the South OC area. Gloria has always done a excellent job with all my recommendations. Recently, I had to deal with a Foreclosure and Probate sale of my parents’ house in the Los Angeles area. This city required all agents to obtain a city sales permit. She obtained that and did everything she needed to do to help me. When my fiancé and I first started looking for homes about 2 years, we were referred to a handful of real estate agents but was unsuccessful. Fortunately, about 3 months ago a co-worker of mine referred me to Gloria Bumanglag. I remembered talking to my fiancé who is now my husband, that this will be the last draw if Gloria can’t assist us, then we will stop looking and continue to rent instead. After showing us only a handful of homes that met our criteria, we finally found our first home in Southern Orange County.
