About Gloria

As a successful REALTOR® businesswoman, Gloria Donnon is dedicated to serving her clients and customers. She has always had a passion for helping others, and her first career was in nursing. For 10 years, Gloria worked as an operating room supervisor in a hospital. However, her desire for new challenges and her passion for serving others led her to pursue a career in real estate, where she has achieved remarkable success.

After deciding to leave her nursing career behind, Gloria joined a national franchised real estate firm. Within four years, she achieved great success and was invited to join a local realty as the director of training. Gloria accepted the position and played a crucial role in expanding the real estate agency from three offices to 15 branches across two states as part of a national franchise. Under Gloria's leadership, the agency earned the award for the highest profit center in all of the company's offices nationwide within two years of her joining.

In 1989, Gloria made the bold decision to open her own real estate agency, OMNI Realty. At OMNI Realty, she became a pioneer in applying technology to benefit her clients and customers. Additionally, Gloria built a strong team of dedicated and professional agents, which helped grow the business into one of the top local agencies in the region. Her success in the area has garnered her a large and loyal client/customer base.

After 23 years of running her own agency, Gloria was approached by Long & Foster with an offer of groundbreaking technology and incredible resources. Being one to seize opportunities, Gloria agreed to join the Long & Foster team, and OMNI Realty Inc. became Long & Foster OMNI Realty. Even with all her achievements, Gloria remains humble and down-to-earth. She looks forward to continuing to cultivate existing relationships and forging new ones in her career.
