Gloria Donnon

Gloria Donnon has always had a passion for helping others. In fact nursing, arguably the most passionate position available, was her first career. For ten years, Gloria was an operating room supervisor in a major Philadelphia hospital. This passion, along with a need to challenge herself, is what led her to real estate and what has driven her success ever since.

Upon making the decision to leave her nursing career, Gloria joined a national real estate franchise firm, where after four years of great success, she was asked to join as the director of training. She accepted the position and, with her knowledge and determination, helped the real estate agency to grow from just three offices to fifteen branches in two states as part of a national franchise. Within just two years of Gloria joining the agency, they earned the award for the highest profit center in all of the company's offices nationwide. This success prompted the company to promote Gloria to a national training position.

In 1989, she and her husband, Doug, made the decision to open their own real estate agency, OMNI Realty Inc., where they were determined to lead the real estate field in the application of technology, using faster computers and cutting-edge software to benefit their clients and customers. In addition, she recruited a strong team of loyal, professional agents who helped to grow the business into one of the top local agencies in the region. Gloria has become well known in the area for her success and has a large client/customer base to prove it.

After 23 years of amazing success in her own agency, a major franchise approached Gloria with an offer of groundbreaking technology and unbelievable resources and never being one to pass up a good deal, Gloria agreed to join the team.

A greater opportunity came about in June 2023 with Keller Williams Realty. Her team is experienced in New Jersey and able to assist with international real estate as well as offices in Florida.

Even after all of her success, Gloria still finds a way to remain humble and down to earth. She looks forward to continuing to build on the relationships that she has developed, as well as creating new ones.
