I want to say something about someone who is really amazing.
Gloria Gomez Matthews recently spent several months giving advice and helping my son get into his first home. I was so stressed out about the instability of life for him and his family but Gloria stepped up and went beyond as a real estate agent working through the "getting ready to be ready to offer" mode. Their lives are stable and both my son

Gloria was recommended by our good friends that had worked with her in selling several Washington properties. We set up an appointment with her at our Camas home and she came very well prepared. She brought with her a Home Book for us and took preliminary interior and exterior photos during that first meeting. The professionally done Home Book was very extensive and contained detailed information on our Camas home, as well as listings for comps in our area. From the first meeting to the sale of our home, Gloria was very proactive and competently handled every hiccup that came our way. She even followed up after the sale, helping us collect our mail that hadn't yet been forwarded. Highly recommended!

They have been in this area for many years, and have intricate city, company, neighborhood, & school knowledge. Their comprehensive expertise made it possible to negotiate things for us in our purchase, that are practically unheard of in this market. My husband, Spencer, and I just closed on our very first house and I can honestly say that this wouldn’t have happened without our amazing Realtor, Gloria Gomez Matthews.
We had a previous realtor before her who never listened to our needs and tried to force us into neighborhoods we didn’t care for at all.
From the moment we met Gloria with a newborn daughter in tow, we knew that she was knowledgeable and patient and ready to make this happen for us.
There were some places she wouldn’t let us consider putting an offer in, even though we were itching to be out of Spencer’s parents house, but she had taken meticulous notes and knew everything we wanted and needed for our family and wouldn’t let us settle. Though she did bring us to the places we wanted to see. And let us decide for ourselves.
She got us a place that we never thought we’d be able to get and even brought us a home warming basket full of treats for grownups and our kids. She is the best realtor out there and she will fight for and take care of you the whole way.

I recommend Principal Property Brokers and agent Gloria Matthews. She worked on my home sale and another home purchase. She listened and showed me properties that fit my criteria, and I am happen with both the sale (which she worked on with another broker) and with the home I purchased. Gloria is honest and follows through on all the paperwork. She wanted me to find a home that would work for me, and she did.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Gloria! She had helped us sell 2 homes and with the purchase of our last home. She was very helpful and made the entire process, even when things got complicated, go extremely smooth. She makes things happen for her clients and is always there to calm you down and talk you through anything. Our last move has been a crazy hectic, extremely short notice process and she had accommodated everything we've thrown at her. Seriously if you are buying, selling, or anything involving real estate go to Gloria!
