Gloria Medina

Gloria Medina’s first job in a professional environment was at the Brazos County Courthouse at the age of 18. Aside from the various county offices, her long-term position was at the Brazos County Tax Office where she worked in motor vehicle registration, property taxes, and the appraisal district for 12 years. Fast forward to the late 90’s, she worked as a mortgage loan processor for two and a half years then moved into the corporate world as an administrator for six and a half years. Gloria realized her love of real estate together with her passion to serve people, so she followed her heart and was licensed as a real estate agent in 2007.

Gloria is a native of the Brazos Valley and she comes from a large family with deep roots. She is the oldest of ten siblings and is very family-oriented. Her husband Rudy and her have seven children, eighteen grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren that they love very much.

Gloria has strong Christian beliefs that dictate how she conducts herself, her family, and her real estate business. She has built healthy relationships with her clients and regards them as family. Gloria proudly serves on the Women’s Council of Realtors® on the local and state level where she can expand her personal and professional growth with other real estate professionals nationwide. In 2021, Gloria was honored to be selected as the B/CS Regional Association Realtor of the Year and she continues to serve on the local Association Committees. Gloria specializes in residential sales, new construction, and working with first-time homebuyers.
