Outside of wanting big trees on the property, we weren't able to tell Gloria exactly what we were looking for but we each had definite (and often very different) opinions about what we wanted and about what would constitute a deal breaker. Gloria was wonderful. She is thoroughly knowledgeable about Greensboro and was able to tell us the up and the downsides of all the properties we were interested in, providing solid information on the neighborhoods ... including the general demographics of potential neighbors, access to local businesses, commute times, and possible resale values. Equally importantly, she was always available to answer our questions. She was unfailingly patient and honest, bringing humor and genuine warmth to all our meetings. After working with us for almost two months, Gloria led us to a house my husband and I both fell instantly in love with. It had character, enough property for our dogs and, yes, lots of big trees. It turned out that our dream home was a short sale ... something neither my husband nor I knew anything about.
