Gordon MacLean

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Mr. MacLean relocated to Fort Walton Beach, FL in the mid-1980’s in support of his family’s development ventures along Okaloosa Island. His first assignment in real estate included policing the parking lot and cleaning commercial pools at beach front condo’s at age 13. Under the direct supervision of senior family members, he began in the business on the bottom floor. The completed condo projects in the area include The Breakers and Island Echo’s on Okaloosa Island.
Throughout his 23 year real estate career, Mr. MacLean has advised his investor clients, including REO/mortgage companies, on wholesale acquisitions, portfolio management and retail dispositions for their respective real estate portfolios.

Mr. MacLean currently serves as the Director of multifamily investments for Taylor Allen Properties, LLC, a boutique commercial real estate firm located in Destin, FL. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee, he has considerable experience with multifamily investment transactions, both as an owner/operator of a local portfolio and representing Sellers/Buyers of this asset class.
