Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, I relocated to Fort Walton Beach in the mid-1980s to support my family’s development ventures along Okaloosa Island. My real estate journey began at age 13 — policing parking lots and cleaning beachfront pools — and under the close mentorship of senior family members, I gained firsthand experience from the ground up.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve advised private investors, institutional buyers, and REO servicers on the acquisition, management, and disposition of commercial assets throughout Northwest Florida. My advisory work spans multifamily, industrial, office, and special-purpose properties — with a strong focus on value-add strategies and hands on asset management.

Today, I serve as Managing Director of SVN | Riviera Commercial, a boutique investment brokerage based in Panama City Beach, Florida. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), I combine data-driven analysis with practical market insight to help clients grow and protect their portfolios.

I’m also involved in several private ventures and operating businesses, contributing to a vertically integrated approach to real estate ownership and operations. I’m passionate about creating long-term value — whether through community revitalization, modern asset management, or mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals.
