Having been in the business since the age of nineteen, Coldwell Banker agent Grace Bloodwell is equipped to navigate most any real estate situation. Grace obtained her salesperson's license during her junior year at Harvard University in 2002, working first as a rental agent; then taking on roles as broker, appraiser, developer, and investor; and eventually establishing and running her own real estate company.
