As first-time home buyers, my partner and I went into the process feeling quite nervous and overwhelmed. However, those feelings were quickly put aside when a trusted friend of ours introduced us to Grace and Bob! They broke down everything step by step, making it easy to understand and digestible for us new home buyers. They made us feel empowered and confident in the process, and it never felt like we were asking a dumb question.

The process can move fast, so it was great working with a team like Grace and Bob because someone was always available for us. From a communication standpoint, Grace was super responsive, ready to answer any questions that popped up and generally a great contact for us day-to-day. Bob's background in construction was a game changer, providing us with a different perspective on each property we viewed. His experience helped us consider renovations and see the potential in each home. Plus, their joint knowledge about the different neighborhoods and the market in general was incredible. You can tell they've been living in the Denver metro area for a long time!

Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience working with Grace and Bob. They made the whole process easy, stress-free, and dare I say, fun! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Thank you, Grace and Bob, for helping us find our first home!

In plain terms, working with Brown Residential was the absolute best decision. Grace and Bob went above and beyond to help my husband and I buy our first home. As first time buyers in a difficult market (in terms of both price and interest rates), Grace and Bob exhibited an overwhelming amount of knowledge, transparency, and most importantly, support, throughout the entire process. Grace was able to guide us through a difficult negotiation process, and worked extremely creatively to get us the best deal possible. Additionally, Bob's background in building, was a true asset in evaluating remodeled homes and guiding us through the inspection process. Overall, we cannot thank them enough for helping us through this process. Not only are they an amazing real estate team, but they are fantastic people! We highly recommend working with them!

It was simply the best decision to hire Grace and Bob. Our home was listed during a very difficult time in the market, and it created creativity, determination and dedication. They exhibited all of those qualities and went above and beyond to get our house sold to a cash buyer with a two week closing. We would recommend them to anyone buying/selling!

We chose Brown Residential because of their honesty, expertise and strategic counseling. My wife and I were very comfortable in our Park Hill bungalow but that all changed with the birth of our son. Overnight we recognized how fast we were going to need more space. We knew what we wanted but the idea of getting into a bidding war terrified both of us. Grace helped us find the most charming home that could fit our growing family. Bob helped us brainstorm improvements when we were ready for renovations. Together, they helped us close on our dream home, at list price AND contingent on the sale of our bungalow (which was unheard of in this market). Grace and Bob quickly put together an all-star team of photographers, cleaners and handymen to prepare our house to put on the market in 2 days. We got the house prepped and on the market on Wednesday. The house sold 4 days later. The best part was that we got multiple offers and all were above the asking price which gave us a lot of flexibility to make quick improvements to our new house! I can't say how amazing both Grace and Bob were to work with - their professionalism, constant communication and negotiation tactics were first class.

It’s impossible to overstate the importance of having a supportive, transparent, and knowledgeable real estate team in this ever-changing market. We could not have asked for a better duo than Grace and Bob with Brown Residential. Grace and Bob guided us through the entire home buying and selling process. They worked tirelessly to get ahead of the changing Denver market, actively seeking out potential opportunities wherever possible.

We saw a ton of different houses together and their expertise was evident right from the start. Grace has a deep knowledge of real estate and her ability to evaluate not only cost of homes but return on investment is impressive. Bob’s background in building was truly a secret weapon – this market requires you to be flexible and we were considering everything from small tweaks to full renovations. As we thought through options with ways to renovate homes, Bob was able to quickly tell us what can and can’t be done easily. It helped us not only see immediate potential in the home, but long-term options. When we were ready to offer, Grace crafted contract terms that made our offer incredibly competitive, which is critical in this market. She knew what would get the deal done and she was a sounding board to ensure we were making the right decision for our family. Ultimately, Grace and Bob helped us get our dream home in Wash Park, a neighborhood we could never have imagined being able to buy a home in.

When we were ready to sell our place, Grace and Bob worked quickly to confirm any changes we needed to make before listing. They brought in a fabulous photographer, and we went to market quickly. They priced our place competitively and we had multiple offers within a day of showings.

The home buying and selling process was incredibly seamless and this was truly thanks to Brown Residential. Denver market has been a wild ride, but they navigated it with transparency, wisdom, and understanding. They are truly a dream team! Not only are they wonderful realtors, but they are amazing people, and we are grateful to have been on this journey with them!

We can’t say enough good things about working with Grace and Bob, team Brown Residential!!!! From the moment we started thinking about selling our house and buying a new one, they made us feel prepared and ready to tackle the difficult task in what was a very fast paced market (Summer/Fall of 2021). They had the wonderful idea of getting pictures done on our house to have on hand, so we wouldn’t be in a last-minute scramble situation (ended up being a lifesaver). Grace and Bob understood that we were open to seeing a variety of houses and helped us get a good feel for what was realistic in the neighborhoods we were looking at, in the current market and what it would take to get the right house for our family. They helped calm our “getting a house is impossible” fears by being honest, transparent and clear in what our approach with various offers would be. They were extremely knowledgeable about what deals would get things done in the crazy market and what was needed to be competitive, without having to sign away everything. They were able to find the perfect balance between the demanding market and what we felt comfortable with as buyers. When the right house came up, the team went to work!! Bob was key in painting a picture of what it would cost to do the work we would want to make it our dream home and Grace went above and beyond to sell us as buyers of this house. We were not the highest bid, yet Grace was able to work her magic and convince the sellers that we were the ones who were right for the home and our deal was stronger, despite not being the highest offer (which seemed unheard of at the time). They got us under contract with a deal that made us feel SO comfortable and excited about the possibility of our dream home. Not only that, they QUICKLY turned around to get our home ready to hit the market the next weekend. They came in with a clear list of to-dos for us to manage and even helped do some painting and repairs. They even helped us clear out/take apart furniture to get it ready to sell. They worked hard on the marketing materials, did SO much networking on the house and made sure that they could get as many people in as possible. They were able to create some urgency between a couple interested parties and got us under contract for more than we could have imagined. Selling and buying homes is SO stressful and we couldn’t imagine two better people. We trusted them with what can be a very emotional time and they got us through both deals, keeping us sane the entire time. They even helped us find a handful of contactors and gave incredible advice on some updates for our new home. On all ends of selling/buying and even updating a home and helping a vision come to life, they really are an all-around dream team and we couldn’t thank them enough for all they did for our family!
