Gracen Tilton

Gracen grew up in Columbia and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Hospitality, Retail and Tourism Management. After graduation, she worked as a Sales, Marketing & Logistics Coordinator for an innovative Event Company in her hometown. Looking to call the Lowcountry home, she joined the Marshall Walker Group as both an Agent as well as Operations Manager back in Fall of 2018.

Being a third-generation Realtor, Gracen knew making the industry leap from Event Management to Real Estate was her calling. Since, she has taken her experience in sales and applied it to the Charleston Real Estate market. What sets Gracen apart is that she not only strives to get the most for her clients during thier transaction, but looks to build a relationship of trust and friendship that will carry on even after closing.

Being a transplant to Charleston herself, Gracen specializes in helping others who are relocating to the area find the right home that best fits their needs. She is a proven communicator, problem solver and is dedicated to exceeding client expectations throughout every stage in the home buying or selling process.

In her free time, Gracen enjoys live music shows, sampling the trendiest restaurants around town, and seeking adventure outdoors. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as well as the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR) and is involved in many community outreach & volunteer programs.
