Graeme Atkinson and his team at Berkshire Hathaway are the best! He supported us throughout the complicated process of selling our beautiful home. When times got stressful he always found a way to ground us with his great sense of humor. Towards the end he felt more like a friend than a real estate agent. He had great references for everything. Graeme was a phenomenal agent with great knowledge of his craft and great communication skills. He insured we were covered every step of our home sale and purchase, and took the time to explain everything to us so that we weren't scared of missing out. We had picky tastes and certain items on our wish list we weren't going to give up. Graeme was patient with us from start to finish making sure we got what we wanted at the priced we needed. After a full 8 months the previous year on the market with a different agent and limited action, Graeme came in, made a few suggestions, listed the house and had multiple offers within 4 days.
