About Grant
Grant Arencibia is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia with Century 21 Community Realty, serving clients throughout Northeast Georgia. In addition to his real estate experience, Grant holds a degree in Digital Marketing from the University of North Georgia and incorporates modern marketing strategies into the promotion of his listings. In addition to traditional platforms such as MLS and LoopNet, he utilizes targeted online marketing, analytics, and the Century 21 network to increase exposure and reach qualified buyers.
