Grant brings 22+ years of real estate investment experience in a wide variety of real estate assets representing more than $1 Billion in a wide variety of real estate transactions across the United States, including multi-family, commercial and residential assets, land entitlement and development projects, medical and professional office projects, single-tenant NNN development, retail shopping centers, and build-to-suit transactions.a

Grant is responsible for overseeing Perry Guest Companies real estate investments including development and investment activities while locating and negotiating real estate acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, property management, leasing strategies, portfolio strategies, partnerships, investor relations, and oversees finance activities in debt and equity.
