Grant Villeneuve

Grant Villeneuve is 31 years old and an Atherton native. He is a homeowner in Pacific Heights, San Francisco, an avid surfer, athlete, and a dedicated residential REALTOR® aligned with Villeneuve Properties | Intero Real Estate. Grant split his time between San Francisco and Atherton and is a fourth generation Bay Area local and a second-generation local realtor. Born and raised in Atherton, he attended Sacred Heart Preparatory, Deerfield Academy and Brown University. Grant experiences growing up as a local has given him a unique knowledge, appreciation, and extremely intimate understanding of Bay Area Real Estate. Now as an established Real Estate Professional with a unique approach, he is well known for the attention he gives to each transaction and the customer service he provides.
