I don't usually write reviews, but I recently worked with Grant Weaver to buy my home in Seattle and want to shout to the world about what a great experience it was. If you are buying a home in the greater Seattle area, I can unequivocally recommend working with Grant Weaver. Grant is a patient, knowledgeable, and persistent advocate. Grant helped me put together competitive offers that took into consideration various factors unique to each home - future repairs, seller lease provisions, etc. He reviewed countless home inspection reports and sewer videos (ick!) - making sure I was aware of key points. When the appraisal of my home was not what we expected, Grant successfully advocated for it to be reassessed, saving me thousands in cash.
Working with Grant, I knew without any doubt that he put my interests first and that he would do his best to help me buy the right house at the right price. Ultimately, I did buy my own slice of Seattle and could not be happier with the purchase. I've worked with some good realtors, and some very horrible ones, too. We worked with Grant to buy our second house. The house was a HUD property and our previous realtor agent gave up and told us they can not help us since it has a much more complicated process vs regular home buying process. I reached out to Grant on a short notice, one day before the offer review date and he amazingly helped us writing the offer. He gave us great advise about the pricing, timing, and offer details and our offer got ACCEPTED!
During the process he was super patient and always available if we had any questions or concerns, and he went way above and beyond to make sure we do all the action items and prepare all the requested documents right in time and never missed a single deadline.
Our initial lender refused our loan because it was a HUD property and Grant connected us with his network of lenders and they were able to approve our loan and finally we were able to close. Grant is a VERY caring, knowledgable, and hard working real-estate agent and I %100 recommend him to any homebuyer in the market.

Grant is one of the hardest working and professional realtors out there. Grant helped us navigate the incredibly competitive Bellevue housing market and we were very pleased with Grant's thoughtfulness and advice throughout the entire home buying process. In such a competitive Seller's market, the reality is that you need to make concessions to win a home. As a Buyer, we never felt that Grant was pressuring us to make concessions but rather, he would let us know what terms he thinks would be viewed favorably or unfavorably to the Seller. Grant always had our best interests at heart and always did his best to work with the terms that you (as a Buyer) consider fair in a deal. In the end, we were successful in purchasing our first home and we were very glad we worked with Grant to make it happen. Grant even went out of his way to reach out to us to make sure we settled into our new home. I would highly recommend Grant in the future to anyone looking to buy (or even sell) their home.

If I could give Grant more than 5 stars in all categories, I definitely would. His strong work ethic, knowledge of homes, offer strategy, and communication have been all 5 star experiences. Grant was honestly the best realtor we’ve worked with compared with our previous brokers!

Purchasing a home during COVID and being out of state was nerve wracking enough, but Grant made this whole experience seemingly smooth! His breadth of knowledge about homes really reassured us that we were going to buy the right home which fits our family needs, and will give us the best ROI.

Grant works extremely hard for his clients! While we were still closing on our home, Grant encouraged us to have virtual tours so that we can learn about the homes up there, and in return these tours allow him to learn about our needs. When we were finally ready to buy, Grant made himself readily available whenever we wanted virtual tours. Only after a little under 2 weeks of home searching, we found a home we loved and Grant strategically helped us take that home off the market early by putting in a competitive offer and the seller accepted within 2 days! This was our first home offer, and we didn’t have to experience a bidding war like most other buyers thanks to Grant presenting a very strategic offer.

After our offer was accepted, Grant didn’t stop his job there...he really took care of us by providing us a calendar timeline of the closing process. This really helped keep us on track for closing on time so we’re not at risk for delays. He would keep the escrow company in check by making sure they were going to send us appropriate documents within the time frame. While we were closing, Grant graciously allowed contractors into the property for quotes...this was extremely generous of him to offer his time, and something we greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend Grant enough, and I definitely would not hesitate to hire him again as either a buy or selling broker, and will definitely refer him to my friends!

Grant is an exceptional realtor. My wife and I recently bought our first home - and all throughout the process, Grant exceeded our expectations. The Greater Seattle real estate market is no joke, and it's no surprise Grant has carved out a nice niche for himself here. I could go on an on about his knowledgeability, attention to detail, objectivity, integrity, work ethic, willingness to help however possible, ability to articulate and educate when answered specific questions regarding a variety of subject matter (and all of that stuff is a 10 out of 10), but his ability is really beyond that. He comes from a real estate family and it shows. He has a way of making an otherwise highly stressful process more fun than it would be otherwise. He knows when to make strong recommendations for opportunities that might otherwise fall off your radar, and when to (for good reason) assertively discourage a lemon you may have found yourself romanticizing about. :) He understands precisely how to assemble a highly competitive offer, which is a must in this market. He's always professional, informative, courteous, objective, and everything else a real estate agent should be. He's also generally just kind of a cool, chill guy. Hire him! You will not regret it.

My fiance and I were so lucky to be connected to Grant to buy our first home. After spending more time than we expected walking through the buying process, we felt assured that we had found a great realtor.
